Parcel assembly within 1 - 5 days after receiving the order.
After sending the parcel, the manager will contact you and send the number
of the parcel declaration.
In the UK, you will receive your parcel within 2 - 4 days (depending on the region).
Delivery in London: the parcel is delivered by courier to the address - at any day and time convenient for you.
Delivery within the UK: the parcel is delivered by the carrier "Royal Mail" or "Hermes".
Shipping cost according to the carrier's tariff.
Overseas Delivery (International Delivery): The package is delivered by UK Post.

PAYMENT
Payment in the SOFI RICH store is carried out in two ways: payment to a bank card or using PayPal. If none of the options above apply, please contact us to resolve the issue.
RETURN
Dear clients!
Products are subject to exchange and return if their presentation is not damaged, there are no signs of wear, dirt, no damage and product labels are preserved.
Returns are at the buyer's expense.
You have 14 days after receiving your online order to return the product.
Pack your items in a bag and box, and enclose a receipt that confirms your purchase.
After receiving the goods and following all the rules, the refund is made to the card of the buyer from whom the purchase was made.
The manager will contact you in advance to clarify the bank details.
Funds will be transferred to the card within 1 to 3 banking days.

Please note that the refund depends on the speed of processing the transaction by your Bank and may take up to 30 banking days.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
After receiving and checking the return, we will transfer the funds to the card or bank account within 5 working days.
