Return Eligibility

Timeframe: Items must be returned within 14 days of the delivery date.

Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached. Items must also be returned in their original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items: Gift cards, personalised or custom-made items, and items marked as final sale are not eligible for return.
In-Store Returns
Items bought from our store in London are non-refundable. Exchange may be issued at the discretion of the sales staff, if the product is unworn with all tags still attached and returned within 14 days.
Refunds

Processing Time: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days.

Original Payment Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or credit card issuer.

Shipping Costs: Original shipping charges are non-refundable. If you received free shipping on your order, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer service team immediately at sofiariichuk@gmail.com. We will arrange for a replacement or refund, including any return shipping costs, at no additional charge to you.
