Delivery Services Overview

  • Standard Delivery: Our standard delivery service ensures that your order reaches you within 2-3 business days. This service is free for orders over £150.

  • Express Delivery: For those who need their items sooner, our express delivery guarantees arrival within 1-2 business days. This service is free for orders over £300.

International Shipping

We offer comprehensive international shipping options to cater to our global clientele. Delivery times and costs vary by region:

  1. Europe: Standard delivery takes 5-7 business days, while express delivery takes 2-4 business days.

  2. USA & Canada: Standard delivery takes 7-10 business days, and express delivery takes 3-5 business days.

  3. Rest of the World: Standard delivery takes 10-14 business days, and express delivery takes 5-7 business days.

Additional Information

Order Processing: Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Orders placed after 2 PM GMT will be processed the next business day.

Tracking: All orders come with tracking information, allowing you to monitor your delivery in real-time.

Customs and Duties: International orders may be subject to customs and import duties. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient.

Special Services: We offer Click & Collect from our London store and gift wrapping services with an additional fee.
